适用范围
Infra403 Workspace Assistant 是仅供账户所有者个人使用的 Google Workspace 自动化工具，不向公众提供服务。
访问的数据
根据账户所有者明确授予的权限，本应用可能访问 Gmail 邮件并执行发送操作、日历数据、云端硬盘文件与元数据、Google 文档内容以及 Google 表格内容。
使用目的
Google 用户数据仅用于执行账户所有者明确请求的自动化任务，不用于广告、用户画像或与请求无关的目的。
存储与保护
OAuth 客户端凭据和刷新令牌保存在账户所有者控制的服务器上，并通过本地加密凭据存储进行保护。业务数据仅在完成用户请求所需的范围和时间内处理或保留。
服务处理、共享与出售
为完成账户所有者明确请求的任务，相关 Google 用户数据可能被传输给已配置的 AI 模型服务提供商进行必要处理。本应用不会出售、出租 Google 用户数据，不会将其用于广告，也不会因其他目的向第三方披露；公开网站不使用分析、广告或跟踪 Cookie。
撤销与删除
账户所有者可随时在 Google 账户安全设置中撤销访问权限。如需删除本应用保存的授权信息或相关数据，请联系 infra403@gmail.com。
Google API 数据政策
本应用对从 Google API 获取的信息的使用和传输将遵守 Google API Services User Data Policy，包括 Limited Use 要求。
Scope
Infra403 Workspace Assistant is a personal Google Workspace automation tool used only by the account owner. It is not offered as a public service.
Data accessed
Depending on permissions explicitly granted by the account owner, the application may access Gmail messages and send operations, calendar data, Drive files and metadata, Google Docs content, and Google Sheets content.
Purpose of use
Google user data is used only to perform automation tasks explicitly requested by the account owner. It is not used for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Storage and protection
OAuth client credentials and refresh tokens are stored on a server controlled by the account owner and protected using encrypted local credential storage. Operational data is processed or retained only to the extent and duration needed to complete requested tasks.
Service processing, sharing, and sale
Google user data may be transmitted to the configured AI model service provider only as needed to perform tasks explicitly requested by the account owner. The application does not sell or rent Google user data, use it for advertising, or otherwise disclose it to third parties. The public website does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
Revocation and deletion
The account owner may revoke access at any time in Google Account security settings. To request deletion of stored authorization information or related data, contact infra403@gmail.com.
Google API data policy
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
